Here are some FAQ's that we get asked on a regular basis and may be beneficial for you as a client.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We don't have any minimum order quantities. The only time a minimum order will be in place is when you want to order your own custom garment with a pattern that we do not currently provide.
The minimum order will then be 150 garments.
Do you have a limit on the amount of colours that can be used in a design?
Not at all. Because we use DTG as our printing method, we don't have a cap on the amount of colours that you can use in your design.
Before i send in my request, what info should I have ready?
The artwork that you would like to have printed, the garment type, the garment colour, size of the print and the garment size is the most important. This will help us determine the most accurate price for your quote.
Can i source my own garments?
You can yes. We will then quote on the printing of the garment and shipping costs.
Are all your garments Locally made?
Yes, they are. We are partnered with Init Apparel which provides us with the highest quality garments in South Affrica. All the garments are hand made in Alberton, South Africa and you can only expect the highest quality as we do contant quality checks to ensure that you receive the best product possible.
Why are white garments cheaper than coloured garments?
When printing a white garment you don't need a base layer. The ink get's printed directly onto the fibers of the garment, giving it a very soft finish. With a coloured garment you first need to lay a white base in order for the colour to stand out.
are your inks Eco-Friendly?
They are yes. We use a water based ink which lasts extremely long and is 100% biodegradeable.
Do you do screen Printing?
Yes, we do. We prefer to use screen printing with larger orders but it is mainly down to customer preference. Screen printing has a minimum order of 25 garments.
Is Embroidery an option?
We can provide embroidery as a service for orders of 150 and above. We can help with standard and 3D embroidery.
